...I feel I should go ahead and spread the word about Rock the Vote . It’s a bit cringe-y, but I do think it’s important to get people up in arms. I guess ‘voting’ isn’t the most exciting issue in the world – but it’s something that’s often presumed. There was a classic Simpsons episode where Bart amassed a huge amount of popularity in a contest to be year head or something like that and then nobody actually voted for him.

It feels weird to have voting thrust in my face like a can of coke, but I think too many people accept society as it is and don’t realise that their voice can have a huge effect.
